There are 8 Limbs (or steps) in YOGA: Ethics, Self-care, Asana (the poses), Pranayama (the breath), Mindfulness, Concentration, Devotion, and Union.

My Third Act of Life

Recently I listened to Jane Fonda's book Prime Time and began journaling. At her suggestion, I started my life review. The idea is to look at your 1st and 2nd acts, 0-30 years old and 30-60 years old respectively (and respectfully), in preparation for the 3rd and final act.
A practicing buddhist yogi, and I'm using that label loosely, I find this endeavor attractive. Lovelovelove accepting death as an eventual event in my life.
I will be sharing the highlights of this process with whomever happens upon this blog.
